Trust score
The trust score reflects the quality of NOFire’s reasoning based on your team’s feedback, weighted by a 30-day decay.- Ratings from recent investigations count more than older ones
- A declining score means recent responses have been rated lower — investigate with the feedback breakdown to see which investigation types are underperforming
- A stable high score means NOFire’s reasoning is consistently useful for your environment
Activity trends
The activity panel shows investigation volume over the selected time window:
A low response rate reduces the reliability of the trust score. Encourage your team to rate investigations from the Slack feedback prompt or the investigation detail page.
Token spend
The token panel shows LLM usage split by actor and model:- By actor — system-triggered vs. user-triggered spend, so you can see whether automated workflows are driving most of the cost
- By model — spend per model with 30-day trend sparklines
- Contributors — the top users and workflows by token consumption
Feedback ratings
The feedback panel shows per-thread ratings aggregated across your workspace:- Rating distribution — how responses are rated across the 5-point scale
- 30-day trend — whether average ratings are improving or declining
- Response rate — share of threads that received any rating
