Connecting your Tempo instance to NOFire AI enables powerful querying and analysis of application and infrastructure traces across Kubernetes and microservices environments during investigation andan automated root cause analysis .
If you’re running a self-hosted Loki instance, NOFire AI can connect securely using an AWS VPC PrivateLink. This ensures all traffic remains within your network boundary, following AWS security best practices.
In the NOFire AI dashboard, go to the Connections section and click on Add New Connection.
2. Select Tempo: From the list available connections Then, click Next at the top right corner.

Enter Connection name (eg. production), Tempo URL and Username/Password (optionally for on-prem, required for Grafana Cloud):Once the connection is established, NOFire AI begins analyzing your telemetry data to construct a comprehensive knowledge and causal graph of your infrastructure. The processing time may vary depending on the complexity and scale of your environment.
